The Financing Fair: Put Yourself In Front of the Money!

The Financing Fair offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to gain visibility and interact with prospective investors, funders, fellow entrepreneurs, service providers and other stakeholders who can help you grow your businesses. The Fair’s dynamic format can be a catalyst to spark new relationships, and the informal environment fosters interaction, networking and exchange of ideas. Businesses selected to participate in the Fair host exhibit tables showcasing information about their companies and, if appropriate, offer samples of their products. Businesses in FamilyFarmed’s Good Food Accelerator network have raised more than $50 million in funding.

This is a juried Fair. Businesses must apply to participate. A Selection Committee comprised of food business professionals will review applications and select companies to participate. There is no cost to apply, but those accepted to participate must purchase a ticket to attend the Good Food Financing & Innovation Conference ($149 advance purchase online; visit goodfoodfinancing.org ). Applicants must be located in the Midwest Region or serve the Chicago Foodshed. (Chicago Foodshed is defined, for this purpose, as the state of IL and any state that shares a border with IL.)
