Our solution is called RUNAM and it's a engagement & decision acceleration platform, that allows organisation to equalize opportunities of engagement and access to strategic decisional areas for each employee.
The employee has tokens he can use and gain to scale hierarchical positions inside the company thanks to the impact of his contribution to the decisions proposed on the platform of the company. RUNAM brings the principle of gamification and merges them with blockchain technology to track Performance improvements of employees considering as main variable the impact on decision making that each employee made. Each company can customize the criteria/parameters to let the career development happen, according to the structure and the values of the company, but then the "digital life" will replicate those rules and allow a space of expression and engagement where the most junior one has same voice of the CEO of the company, and in that way he can gain "criptopoints" and scale in highest seniority positions, to reach higher level decisions. Virtually, in this way, an intern might have so much engagement and rewards from Runam to the point to be involved on global strategic decisions at same level of who represents that set of decisions in the official and off-line hierarchy. Runam can accelerate people growth, allow to catch talents giving them a space where they are free from the roof-glass typical of any structured department and organisation, can improve engagement employee-company and also healthy competition within the employees.
