At Dr. Oz THE GOOD LIFE, I was instrumental in the management & growth of our marketing department. My value to the team was highlighted when we downsized for 6 months from seven people to two. Overnight I effectively became the marketing director & associate marketing director. During this time, not only did we maintain our client base, but it grew. Despite uncertainty & thin resources, I rose to the occasion and showcased my ability to lead, delegate, adapt, make difficult decisions & inspire the team.
As lead for our first-ever joint venture between an advertiser and DOTGL, Hearst Digital Media, and The Dr. Oz Show, I wrote and designed custom content for 8 print, 30 digital pieces, oversaw production of 7 videos for usage across the websites, ensured all projects were executed within or under budget, and assumed responsibility for project timelines & deadlines. This work resulted in our largest revenue generating ($3.9MM) and highest reader-rated integrated partnership to date.
