In 2014 I graduated from TU Munich with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management. My studies were mainly influenced by its entrepreneurship center UnternehmerTUM as I joined the manage&more scholarship in 2010. Several innovation projects in the industry and a broad network brought me to the campus of Stanford University for my thesis. This consisted of big data analysis using SPSS Software with statistical tests like sample-T and regression.
I started to work for Knorr-Bremse’s “Management Evolution Program” (Trainee) and went through several departments like Purchasing, Sales (in Tokyo) and Production Strategy. As digitalization isn’t as far as it could be in this industry - especially using existing data for predictive maintenance- I decided to work on that. But then I realized that this goal couldn’t be reached quickly in a corporate environment. I put a notice to found a digital truck company in the near future. This is what we’re currently working on with MAIoT.
