It’s important for us to safeguard the advertisers interests, as many media sellers and third party services, such as media agencies, have a reputation of putting their own interests over the advertisers, trying to drag as much money out of them as possible. Small to medium sized companies are particularly vulnerable to this, and we see that many of them end up staying with SoMe and search engine advertising when other channels would have given a better ROI.

With our Advertiser First strategy we are building a marketplace and other services that connects the advertiser to the advertising market on their own terms, where they can see, understand and compare the opportunities available to them. As a side effect to our strategy we hope to distribute advertising spending more locally, stimulating local news businesses and other media providers.

Though our focus is primarily on solving the advertisers pains, our platform is two sided, where we create value for both advertisers and publishers.

We are initially targeting small to medium sized advertisers, as we have identified this group as an underserved part of the market. These are companies that are hungry to scale, and would benefit from having a broader media mix than SoMe and search engines can offer.

However, we also see that publishers are spending lots of money selling their inventory, and that they are willing to pay for the hot leads we give them.

We already have a few advertisers using our platform, but also see that larger advertisers who wants to be more in control of their media buying are interested in AdBooker, though the conversion process for this is slow, as they are often tied up in long contracts with their media agencies.
