I worked at Vodafone Spain for 7 years in social products. I helped in the launch of mobile telecare services in partnership with Red Cross, this is a service for the women victims of domestic violence where women can call for help in case of emergency and police and health services attend coordinated nationwide through 13 Red Cross call centers where trained operators access call details and provide psychological support.
