AdroiNt is a CRM/CRM add-on software to make corporate travel agents' work simpler. By helping the agents, it improves the turnaround time as well as quality of responses for business travellers. We are using machine learning techniques to automate responses to some of the booking request in the agents' queue while assisting the agents to address the remaining queries faster.

Simply put, AdroiNt scans every incoming travel request - currently restricted to emails - to construct a requested travel itinerary for the business travel. It then uses this itinerary to query the GDS/airline feeds for appropriate flight options. These options are then filtered by the corporate travel policy applicable to traveller as well as the traveller's known preferences. Furthermore, responses from business travellers to these emails can be standardised using the right nudges and such standardised responses are appropriately acted upon automatically without taking up further time from the agent.

Approval and expense flows are seamlessly weaved into text-based communication. Travel managers are provided rich analytics even for agent-assisted bookings, better MIS reports and ability to configure organisation-specific inputs - such as the corporate travel policy.

We believe the improved service levels at a lower servicing cost/booking will lead to stickier experiences and better client retention for travel management companies - who we intend to sell our software to.
