Adsum aggregates demand from small independent media buying agencies for online display advertising and negotiates discount rates and deals with online publishers. By aggregating demand from multiple agencies, we aim to negotiate terms and rates significantly better than available to small- medium agencies alone and pass those savings to independent agencies. The concept of syndicated buying groups already exist in other industries like retail and travel and allows small operators to compete with the larger players. We would like to introduce the same value proposition to smaller agencies in the digital advertising world where we have been working with Microsoft within Display, Search and Programmatic. We will be working with all major content publishers and syndicators like Google, Rubicon, Pubmatic etc....
