Please enter the url of a 1 minute unlisted (not private) YouTube or Vimeo video introducing the founders. In the video please introduce yourselves, explain what you're doing and why, and tell us anything else you want to about the founders or the project. The video should be one minute long and should be uploaded to YouTube. If you don't want other people to find it, mark it as unlisted. Don't mark it as private, or we won't be able to see it. The video should contain nothing except the founders talking. No screenshots or postproduction wizardry please; we don't want this to turn into a video making contest. If you're going to spend time making something cool, put it into your demo/product. Please do not recite a script written beforehand. Just talk spontaneously as you would to a friend. People delivering memorized speeches (or worse still, text read off the screen) usually come off as stupid. Unless you're a good enough actor to fake spontaneity, you lose more in the stilted delivery than you gain from a more polished message. Before submitting the video, you should try playing it yourself, and check that you can hear what you're saying. A significant fraction of the videos we get are inaudible.

Why did you pick this idea to work on? Do you have domain expertise in this area? Do you think people need what you're making? If so, how come?
What's new and innovative about what you're making?
How far along are you? Do you have a working prototype? If not, when will you? Are you incorporated and already have sales? If so, how many customers do you have? Do you have revenue? If so, how much? If you're launched, what is your monthly growth rate (in customers or revenue or both)? We would like to know where you are at.
If you had a free wish, what would be yours in regards to your product/service/company?
If you could choose any partner (institutional) or person to work with tomorrow, who would it be and why?
Who are your competitors, and who might become competitors? Who do you fear most?
How do or will you make money? How much could you make? (We realize you can't know precisely, but give your best estimate.)
Where do you see your company/product in 3-5 years?
Which of the founders and team members will commit to working exclusively (no school, no other jobs) on this project for the next year?
Do any founders have other commitments during the period of the program?
Which founders and team members will be located physically in Berlin during the entire period of the program if you'll be selected?
Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after the program?
Are any of the founders covered by noncompetes or intellectual property agreements that overlap with your project? Will any be working as employees or consultants for anyone else?
Are any of the following true? (a) There is only one founder and no team members. (b) A founder is a student who may return to school when the next term starts. (c) One or more founders will keep their current jobs. (e) None of the founders have experience on either the product side or the business side.
