AlignMeeting’s goal is not just to vastly improve the remote meeting experience, but also to help the sales/post-sales teams become more effective and efficient. Unlike other virtual whiteboard systems, the meeting host can pre-select content to display during the meeting. Unlike slide decks, the content flow and selection is fully flexible, giving the host full situational fluency. And unlike any other remote meeting system, the salient points of the meeting (plus the host’s private notes) are automatically uploaded to the CRM system. The meeting board is also available for ‘replay’ at any time, putting everyone--the sales team, the buying team, sales management--on the same page and alerting the sales team when a buyer is active / shows interest.

AlignMeeting is a SaaS product offered as a self-service product for solo sales reps and small sales teams and as an enterprise offering with tight CRM integration. The tiered product versions provide increasing value and functionality, with the full enterprise offering a corporate shared content library and full CRM integration that enables deep analytics across the entire sales organization. The tiered pricing model is on a per-seat basis either by a monthly (solo and team) and annual (all tiers) license.

The self-service portal/website will focus on demand/lead generation; product trials and self-service customers will be the driver for enterprise sales. We will enlist both a direct (inside) sales organization as well as sales consultant channel partners as our primary revenue drivers.
