Hence, there will be a web application to provide all information related to public services and where they need to apply to get those services in the locality. In fact, there will be online services, wherein people can just apply and upload documents, the web application will be sent to the local departmental officer concerned. Thereby they can evade the process of delay, kept out of corruption and bribe and get assured that there application is submitted to the right officer concerned.
