Maja Persson Lead Producer at Microsoft
Olga Zinoveva worked on my team at Microsoft for a three-month rotation as a producer in the Xbox division publishing games.
She was hired at Microsoft right after college and stood out from the beginning as someone who was willing to learn as well as producing a quality of work with thoughtfulness that wasn’t seen in her peers.
She worked with us on launching a console version of Wargaming’s huge PC success “World of Tanks”. She participated in working on the logistics for our beta as well as driving our Quality Essentials (security, privacy, geopol and other accessibility compliance requirements.). She understands priorities, has a keen analytical sense and works well with the full team which both encompasses artists and engineers.
