B.Sc in Environmental Sciences and Pd.D in Ecology and Biogeochemistry. I worked on ecosystem restoration and management in Spain, USA and Germany, focussing on ecosystem services such as long-time carbon accumulation or nutrient removal from agricultural runoff. I have long experience on soil and sediment analyses as well as designing and performing laboratory and field experiments. In addition, I also participated in projects dealing with the upscaling of results to bigger spatio-temporal scales. He is also very interested on the sustainable development of rural areas and founded an online travel-platform that promotes sustainable tourism and local providers in Spain and Morocco. His passion for applied science and knowledge-transfer made him to join Kora Agrilab, what he combines with a position as GIS Analyst in the Lower Oder Valley National Park, where he created a method to prevent inappropiate uses of grasslands by means of remote sensing techniques.
