I have over 4 years of experience in the food industry working as a head chef in an upscale restaurant in central London , an industry which I decided to leave to found Conscience Kitchen because I learned first hand that it heavily profits from exploiting the consumer, the environment , the socially and economically disadvantage in individuals in society . For the past 2 years, I have dedicated myself to finding solutions to tackle food waste and unethical sourcing and how it can enhance local and global communities both economically and socially.
