As works progress, remaining quote paid to app in installments (25%, 50%, 75% etc.).
User tracks job progress with 'Jobflow' feature.

Stage 6

Works are completed, no issues - contractor informs app.
User confirms job satisfaction by responding via app.
Quote, now fully paid to app by user, is released to contractor.
Payment made to contractor within 4 working days.

Stage 7

User reports job issue to app - 'resolution service' offered.
User-contractor payments (via app) 'frozen' until resolution.
Algorithms (neural networks, decision trees classifiers etc.) analyse job context & data / performance metrics / ratings etc.
Service may suggest a revised quote or job scope.

Stage 8

Parties accept revised quote; or
Parties revise job scope, agree any quote changes; or
Parties disagree - job cancelled, contractor reimbursed with 50% of quote paid to date (to account for sunk costs). Rejected outcome noted on user history and contractor rating.
