This coating is also thin, light-weight, surface-tolerant, and self-sealing.
Our goal is establishing this coating platform as the market standard for major manufacturing and construction practices worldwide. We are aiming to paint the Golden Gate Bridge, Eiffel Tower, and space rocket. This technology will lead to dramatic reduction of accidents, failures, waste, environmental mitigation, energy usages, and CO2 emission.

I started to know this company and this technology a couple of years ago when my previous employer had an interest in their anti-corrosion coating technology. Since then I have been watching their progress. Although I do not have a good understanding of their technology in detail, I believe the good performance data is originated from a good science, e.g., a better understanding of corrosion, electrochemistry, and the ion conductive polymer. Anions, cations, as the technology name indicates, are ions with negative or positive charges. The charges in metal surfaces will affect the potential, which in turn, affect the corrosion. So, a better understanding of the subtle science there and the ability of tailoring the charges locally may have enabled the researchers to achieved the outstanding corrosion performance per their webpage.
