We are building the first and only interactive location database of photogenic places nearby and abroad. We inspire photographers, artists, adventure seekers, and the average everyday dog owner who loves to take pictures with their smartphone to discover, visit, and create new perspectives and experiences nearby.

We conceptualized and evolved this idea to include a gamified experience. By hosting themed contests at local area hotspots that are funded by advertisement campaigns we generate several high value adds.

2) We support local businesses who purchase ad campaigns that will generate leads directly to their storefronts.

While designing this we came across a huge opportunity. After speaking personally with thousands of photographers - we noticed that many of them (if not all) are using upwards of 15 different platforms to distribute their art. With Anthology, we wanted to do something big. We further enhanced our model to include an entire social media and distribution service.

Our currently live beta allows photographers and artists to upload and share customized photo albums on the site. Our attention to detail cannot go unnoticed. We specifically chose the layout and color scheme of our site to be high contrast and dark so as to draw the viewer's attention to what matters most: the photos. As photographers ourselves, we believe it's well past time that the platforms we use compliment the high quality work we spend tremendous amounts of time developing.

At the time of this writing, we are wrapping up development of our first revenue generator for Anthology - voluntary user to user payments on the site. There has been tremendous success in other content creative industries such as videography, video games, and podcasting with the likes of Youtube and Twitch, and most recently, Twitter. We are excited to become the first still photography focused platform to make this move.

There are a ton of other great ideas we will be incorporating in the months and years to come to make Anthology a true powerhouse of distribution and profits for photographers.
