All workouts are based on functional bodyweight excercises, each exercise can be scaled to fit your personal fitness level, e.g. if you are not able to do proper push-ups you can do push-ups on your knees instead. All workout are highly intensive and have a measurable result, i.e. either the time required to finish the workout or the number of repetitions finished in a given time.
