I want to create Chat-Bot (Facebook, Telegram) that will handle all main needs of people.

This Bot will help people to:
- order rescue services
- book tables and seats at events or in restairants
- provide latest info, news (selfdevelopement, regional news etc.)
- collect information about main problems
- will segment people by interest, location atc. to make new friends, to share useful knowledges
- will create secure community
- will keep all data for government, to work with it
etc....
