Financial mismanagement is something eminent in a company's operation when it enters maturity. These mismanaged affairs are sometimes external and too hard to detail out. Using Data as a resource I created a model for my client which prevented cash leakages. The model was a new invention in the retail business and now been adopted by most of the major retail players.
The amazing part of this journey was to convince people about the accuracy of the model. The predictive power of the model was questioned at various national and international forums, but my confidence with my modelling helped me overcome the odds and make a mark in the Analytics industry.
The success pushed me to travel the uncharted territory of my own startup Jyopal where I can create models which can make a difference to the nation and its people. We as a team believe the idea of using technology to solve day to day problems of life and give a better India.
