Over 18 months of research we have developed a technology called Impostor Detection technology that powers our product. Impostor Detection uses a combination of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Big Data Analytics and Cloud Computing to analyze the meta data and content of emails and compare them against previous emails from the same person. This allows us to determine if they have been written by the same person or are being sent by a hacker.

We have 2 issued utility patents covering this approach with another 1 pending and a provisional patent that will result in a few additional patents.

We have developed a product called PhishingGuardian that uses Impostor Detection technology to filter email. PhishingGuardian is a SaaS service hosted on AWS. It analyzes emails to filter out targeted attacks.

Along with the core Impostor Detection technology, we also do a variety of things:
1. Deep url analysis -> We pull apart the email and attachments, extract all URL's, deshorten them if necessary and then compare against 4 black list feeds.
2. We are able to block phishing outbreaks that may occur at a company using just content.
3. We can provide detailed statistics on emails with links including who clicked on them and from where.
4. We can help train employees on suspicious emails.

Our target market is medium to large firms in the financial, retail, healthcare and government sectors. We currently have a variety of pilot customers who have helped us prove the product out. The Commonwealth of MA is also starting a pilot with us and we have spent the last 6 months finalizing the contract - which is now done.

This is a market in need. Our product works. Now we are working on our go to market strategies.
