We decided to launch the HR Handbook as the MVP because I think this gives a really good demonstration of the capabilities and versatility of the platform.

The structure of the platform enables a range of different applications to sit on a uniform database. The HR handbook is one such application but the handbook content can very quickly be replaced with other content such as regulatory policy manuals for law firms/accountants, quality standards such as ISO9001, training manuals, legal contracts or any third party content. For example, most large organisations still deliver their HR documents to employees in a paper handbook format but nobody ever reads it, people lose it and it requires a lot of admin time and cost to administer and update. Using our platform, this content could be delivered more efficiently and more accurately and, with the onboarding feature, the company will receive the added protection of receiving analytics on when each employee had read and accepted each policy, which significantly reduces the risk and costs of a dispute.

As each application sits on a uniform database, any information added by a user is then compatible across any other application. If the user has bought our HR Handbook and then purchases another product, say a shareholders’ agreement from the legal contracts application, the shareholders’ agreement will already be populated with the users' information. So the more products the user purchases, the less time it takes them to create new documents or content and the more cash they save.
