In order to simplify business processes for landlords, we identified several streams that would require optimisation and could be achieved using our platform.

First of all, integration of payments. At the moment this process is very manual. Our idea would be to reconcile the payments by being connected directly with banking institutions.

Second, from our market research we could identify that communication is a huge problem between landlords and tenants. The lack of communication often leads to conflicts and damage for the landlord. Our application will include a messaging service reaching and notifying and sending reminders to both parties in real time for an uninterrupted flow of communication.

Third, we noticed that it is difficult for landlords to keep track of the repair that need to be made in their properties. They have to remember all of it and also follow-up on repairs and make sure their tenants are happy. Our tool will have a ticketing system, allowing the landlords to better keep track of what needs to be done and how their tenants feel about it.

With our tool, we are hoping to solve several issues constantly faced by landlords :

Late payments : Our website will be linked to bank accounts. It will include payment notifications and automatic reminders to decrease the number of late payments

Property damages : Our ticketing system will allow tenants and landlords to communicate efficiently on issues by sharing photos and calendars.

Paperwork : All contracs and paperwork will be stored in our database. No more heavy binders, everything available anywhere and anytime.

Property value : Help landlords assess the value of their property on the real estate market. We would also help them adjust the amount of their rent and give them an accurate return report each month.
