Created by the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL) at Babson College, the Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab is an innovative, eight-month residency program for women entrepreneurs who are ready to think big, be bold, and launch successful companies. The Lab best serves entrepreneurs that are committed to moving from the prototype stage to launch/scale. The program starts in September and runs through the end of April. The requirements of this program are: Participation in all WIN sessions. This includes Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and some predetermined field experiences and events.

WIN Agreement. The WIN Lab is an eight-month program that meets weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 9:00pm in the Cambridge Innovation Center (1951 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, FL 33136) from September through April. Participants are expected to attend program activities, contribute to the community, be transparent about their business progress, meet with an assigned mentor twice a month, and achieve key milestones. If circumstances arise that inhibit your ability to actively engage with the program, it is your responsibility to inform the leadership.
