bakkaldan is a platform where customers can order grocery items through their mobile phones to a contracted local grocery store.
bakkaldan customers can see which grocer delivers to their location by either allowing bakkaldan to use their location service or by entering their street names manually. After selecting the store, customer can order from grocer's wide product range.
bakkaldan is an opportunity for grocery stores to reach the customers who wants to order online.
We have 2 applications in stores. One for customers, and the other for grocery stores. We take the orders of customers by our bakkaldan app, and deliver to the grocery stores by our bakkaldan esnaf app. Our call center always make sure that the grocery store gets the order, and take an action.
