Beanery Foods

Beanery Foods is an F&B venture based out of Hyderabad. Beanery Foods was born out of the passion to address the need for naturally healthy, wholesome yet tasty and convenient products. Health and well-being have never been a higher priority for consumers than today. Especially urban consumers are becoming more conscious of ingredients they are consuming and aware of product labels. We at Beanery Foods take simple ingredients (like yogurt and oats) and spin it into a scrumptious product that is truly nutritious and lip-smacking tasty. No compromise on taste and nutrition is our driving motto. All our products are free from refined sugar. We introduced our first product line of Yogurt Smoothies under the flagship brand ZUMI. ZUMI Smoothies are a perfect combination of in-house lactose-free dairy and tasty fruits. ZUMI Smoothies are packed with calcium and protein from our in-house dairy. ZUMI smoothies have no added refined sugar but fill your day with sweetness Fewer ingredients, more nutrition. We are pioneering in solving one of the crucial pain points for natural products - critically short shelf life. We are bringing to market the first clean label and shelf-stable dairy beverage. We invested more than a year working with a technical mentor to optimize shelf life and ensure product stability. We now have – shelf life under cold storage and are targeting a non-cold chain product in our pipeline.

We initially launched two SKUs of Mango and Guava Smoothies in the Hyderabad market. At the beginning of summer 2020 we have introduced a Pineapple variant. In our pipeline, we are optimizing two additional products, Honey Banana and Apple Cinnamon Smoothies, and hope to launch these within the next three to six months. We are also working on developing ready to eat products that are cantered around our in-house lactose-free protein-fortified dairy. ZUMI Smoothies are currently available in select retail stores and e-commerce avenues in Hyderabad. From our pilot launch in 2 select stores in Hyderabad we have expanded to 10 retail stores and hope to be in 40 stores by the end of June.
