Capacity-building for workforce of the future
We provide direct services to regional coalitions that deepen their capacity to serve diverse populations, develop diverse talent pipelines, and support diverse leadership.
• Create & codify tools and related trainings for inclusive voice development across all coalition sectors
• Develop & conduct quality review on diversity by work function that helps companies identify internal and external growth opportunities
• Create trainings for newly diverse teams to adjust & explore norms, normalize curvilinear performance of newly diverse teams, process experience, and track attitude & performance shifts.
