The ATM is fully functional and reports to the user that there was a problem with their card could they please ring the bank tomorrow at 4PM to arrange for a replacement. Consider the problem of a nuclear power station using facial recognition that finds its employees faces captured via a long lens cameras with the images published on the Dark Web.

The problem is that we are the keys! We walk around touch things, talk to people post selfies on Facebook etc. Once lost or compromised a biometric trait is lost forever, it cannot be rehabilitated.

Solution.
What is required is a biometric token that is strapped to the wrist which is activated by a hidden, internal characteristic of the individual and furthermore a characteristic that is covered by the token itself ( the watch strap), thus making it impossible to covertly obtain the pattern. This is the rationale for biowatch.

A further advantage of the bioband where the sensor is in contact with the subjects skin is that the system can re-interrogate the vein pattern plus measure vital life signs including the composure of the wearer and coded hand flexures when the individual is seeking to enter ultra secure premises or is seeking to conduct a high value transaction.

A further reason for starting Biowatch Ltd in the UK is to SELL existing solutions & to work with the Nottingham Business school to internationalise the company and hone our funds raising activities to better address UK and US investors' needs.
