HOW: The three-month program consists of six to eight in-person participating companies as well as select founders from around the world participating virtually.
The in-person sessions are in Los Angeles at USC's Marshall School of Business and our Silicon Valley location in Menlo Park. The four-hour workshops deliver hands-on growth hacking and subject matter expert presenters. Weeks without workshops feature one-on-one coaching for OKRs, KPIs and benchmark progress, done at the founder's schedule.

WHO: Workshops feature hands-on work with IBA staff as well as expert presenters and industry experts. Founders and key business development employees should attend. Most companies enjoy a three-month intern to help with acceleration. Space is limited.

HOW MUCH: The program fee is $5K and co-founders or additional reps are welcome for $750 each. The fee is 100% tax deductible in the US. Space is limited. Most companies receive no-cost university interns and program perks like AWS credit, 90% off Hubspot services, free international accounting software and more.
