The mission of Blockit is to block energy wastes. Our paradigm is circular economy and our pillars are the 17 SDG edited by UN. The overall energy consumption devoted to IT world is envisaged to be one fifth of the world energy demand in 2050. We want to be a solution not a burden for our future lives. For this reason, we aim at cooling the fast-growing data facilities necessary to process and store data or AI. Our solution is able to reduce energy requirements for cooling dtata centres from 40% (with respect to the total electricity consumption of a standard facility) to 5% only. It allows to concentrate more power for the servers. It wasn't enough, we wanted to go well beyond this achievement. Now, we propose a ground-breaking solution capable of re-use all the energy dissipated by the servers. The technology we are proposing is based on the use of a two-phase fluid able to maximize the heat transfer from the IT components and the heating fluid that will be delivered to the heating network. In a not-so-far future, there will be a room or a floor packed with servers able to provide to people regenerating hot showers. The domestic hot water demand and space heating will be matched without burning any traditional fuels but instead by reusing something that otherwise would have been discharged into the environment.
