Evaluators Expression of Interest - Apply until 3 May 2021 5pm CET
Blockstart is looking for evaluators to review proposals received from its Open Call #3 for blockchain/DLT developers.
BlockStart is looking to gather a set of recognized experts in the blockchain and DLT domains selected through an open process to ensure transparent and consistent evaluation of the applications.
Deadline to submit expressions of interest for evaluation of BlockStart Open Call #3: 3rd May 2021 at 5pm CET (Brussels Time). Evaluation Period: May-June 2021
EVALUATORS’ PROFILE
The evaluators should be recognized experts in the fields of science, industry, and innovation, have experience in one or more of the fintech, ICT and retail fields, and have prior experience in evaluating European Commission proposals or similar experience.

SERVICES REQUIRED
Services will be provided remotely and will involve evaluation of the applications received and participation in remote consensus meetings to establish a ranking list of the evaluated proposals. All evaluators will be required to sign a non-conflict of interest declaration and a contract with the BlockStart project coordinator, before being accepted to evaluate the applications.
REMUNERATION
Evaluators will be reimbursed for their time and effort on the basis of the number of proposals evaluated and the time needed to evaluate them. Payment details will be discussed with BlockStart's coordinator during contract preparation & signing.
The selection of the concrete number of evaluators to support BlockStart in the evaluation of the Open Call will be taken at a later stage, since it depends on the number of received proposals.
