We help women in all moments of their professional lives to find companies whose values are aligned with their own, and at the same time push companies to improve gender diversity at all levels and enjoy the economic and social benefits this brings.
Our review system is based on 21 indicators which can be grouped into 5 global categories: Equal Opportunities, Salary & Training, Family Friendly Benefits, Work-Life Balance and Company Culture. We understand there is not one single best place to work for all women, and our detailed information helps women narrow in on the companies which are right for them.
The problem we aim to solve is two-fold: companies are facing a talent deficit and with women making up 60% of the talent pool it’s imperative that companies attract and retain this talent; women on the other hand are actively looking for information about company values but are not finding what they need or trust, as most of the information comes directly from corporate sources, whereas people trust the opinions of other people like themselves 3 times more than what the companies say about themselves.
Our paid customers are companies, here the target market can be divided into those who are looking to improve their company image in terms of gender diversity (primarily large corporations) and companies in the tech sector where competition for female profiles is higher due to limited supply. Companies can personalize their company page to provide women with information about what it’s like to really work there and provide detailed information about company policies, benefits and values in areas which matter especially to women.
