The ability to streamline this granular data and easily aggregate it in a back-end portal allows us to deliver unprecedented insights to operators. There are thousands of sentiments that go unreported weekly in restaurants because there simply is no good feedback loop.

Aside from direct feedback, we learn about the ordering habits of each individual, as well as various segments across variables like age, gender, geography, weather, etc. Our goal is to use the efficiencies of our payment platform to mine consumer data that can be used across many industries. We plan to implement machine learning on the palates of individuals and give personalized suggestions at each Brio venue they visit. These data sets can also be sold to breweries, CPG manufacturers, food & bev distributors, insurance companies.

This data can be monetized in the form of ads, targeted item suggestions, and affiliate links (whether it's allowing customers to buy tickets to future events or encouraging them to ride home with Lyft instead of Uber).

In the meantime, we will focus on ease of payment and operational efficiency that turns tables 15 minutes faster and saves bartenders hours of serving time, driving incremental sales. Our plan is to build our venue and user base (similar to OpenTable), and monetize each market upon hitting a critical mass.
