These include:

(1) A PILE MOUNTED ROBOT that can carry out precision excavation and construction far faster and more cost effectively than current mini excavators. Designed from the gound up to minimise forces, the machine itself is far lighter, cheaper and environmentally friendly (electrically as opposed to diesel powered). This means that it can be far more easily transported and used in cramped spaces. Precision excavation eliminates the need to backfill. Digging and soil removal are done in parallel.
(2) A SOLUTION FOR REUSING ON SITE EXCAVATED CLAY in the building construction is enabled by an innovative 3D printing nozzle design with in situ firing.
(3) BUILDING DESIGNS that enable (a) excavation at a later date when more space is needed. (b) the use of full height atriums to maximises natural light for leisure or work use.
(4) 2ND USE PACKAGING - a number of new food and toiletries packaging formats - together with a commercially aligned go-to-market strategy. By purpose designing them for reuse in high value products - green energy solutions, waterproofing/insulation/roofing membranes for subterranean construction, we motivate consumers to collect rather than discard this packaging. The scope of the packaging redesigns extends to include bakery bags, pots and trays.

To monetise these products, our plan is to hire/lease/sell the robot (like Caterpillar Inc) and licence out the packaging (like TetraPak). We might also undertake subterranean space creation, rental and sales to both launch the solution and if it does not limit the scaling of the solution because of conflicts of interest with potential customers.
