BYKidO's mission is to help families create their family memories and we do this by providing parents with

1. Information: Concise and ready to use information of places to go and things to do. Delivered on our website, newsletter, social media and App.
2. A Community: The use of online and offline content (including events) to engage our audience and create a community to help families bring their kids out.

Information
We are currently visited by over 20,000 parents across our various channels. We drive content that are focus only on family events and activities and standardise the key information provided (who, what, where, when and how) so that Parents know what to expect from BYKidO and are able to easily use the information for their family.

We recently launched The BYKidO App (Android in May, iOS in July 2018) takes it a step further by using Time and Location based functionalities to make it easier for families to use the information. We have also gamified the process...

We drive content that are focus only on family events and activities and standardise the key information provided (who, what, where, when and how) so that Parents know what to expect from BYKidO and are able to easily use the information for their family.

We recently launched The BYKidO App (Android in May, iOS in July 2018) takes it a step further by using Time and Location based functionalities to make it easier for families to use the information. We have also gamified the process to encourage families to "check in" at events and activities to win prizes or to progress along a tier-ed membership for benefits.

We continue to explore ways to better reach and engage our audience. This includes videos of places to go, Live Feed of events and activities, and other channels of reaching our audience (Chatbots, Telegram, etc).

Community
By running online campaigns and offline events, we created a community of parents who contribute to BYKidO's information. Parents are able to submit their own family memories to inspire other families to create their own.

Apart from parents, we have also create a community of like-minded organisations who supports our mission. In Singapore, this includes Families for Life, People's Association and other public companies. They provide us with content and also publicise our content to their audience.

We have grown our reach by over 100% across our various channels since 2017. Today, we are recognise by our community as a trusted source of information for Parents!
