Our engagements require students to practice using key universal skills like communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity in order to develop real outcomes for real stakeholders who provide meaningful and actionable feedback along the way.
As a result, students gain reference-worthy experience working with real companies, in real business functions, on real challenges that have real stakes.

CapSource launched in Fall 2017 by offering Sourcing & Design services, which matches educators and their students with companies based on narrow academic requirements. Since then, CapSource has served more than 50+ higher education institutions with the help of 200+ host companies, reaching over 3,000 students located at campuses around the world through on-site and virtual engagements.

CapSource more recently launched their CONNECT software platform in 2019 as a way for institutions to centralize, track, and scale their experiential learning programs in a completely customizable way. By enabling educators to better match with companies and design collaborations for their students, we are seeing experiential learning reach more students in more unique and impactful ways every semester.
