My expertise in this area of operation management coupled with my background in engineering and mathematical modeling will allow me to adopt innovative approaches oriented towards achieving the objectives in any project in which I will be involved. In this framework, from early January 2021 to now, I am hired as electromechanical consultant engineer to design a new layout and conveying system for the phosphate recovery of the Senegalese Chemical Industries (ICS) which operates two Phosporic Acid Production units Darou 1 (D1) and Darou 2 (D2). The aim is to increase and meet the mean demands of 200 t/h for Darou 1 production unit and 300 t/h for Darou 2 production unit with a moderate utilization of payloaders.
In electromechanical engineering my expertise includes research, specification, design, construction, analysis, evaluation, and test of machines, devices, equipments, electrical and electronic components, systems and processes, and plan and oversee their development, installation, operation and maintenance. In this framework, from May 2019 to now I am hired as part time electromechanical expert for the studies and supervision of the works of the Cheikh Ahmadoul Khadim Complex of Touba (University of Touba). My work was to design the water supply and MBR wastewater treatment systems as well as the hydraulic and electromechanical equipment for the university green space watering system.
Currently, I am involved as a quality control consultant at “Bountifield International” (ex. CTI) for Multi-Crop Threshers (MCT) which are post-agricultural machines that can thresh various types of crops including millet, maize, sorghum, barley, and rice. My work is to perform a general inspection of the machine at operating and non operating conditions and to evaluate the quality of threshed grains.
