Actualizing Home Automation With Efficient Advection

I am focused on heating systems because the typical heating system is less than 30% efficient and the average home spends over $3,000 a year on heat and hot water. That means that HO will pay for itself. I focused on forced hot water systems because water is the best heat transfer medium available. Water can hold 3,200 times more energy than air. That gives us a virtually unlimited upside potential for improving system efficiency. (If modern boilers are 90(+) % efficient and the system is less than 30%, we can theoretically improve the system performance by up to 200%.) Lastly there are over 18 million homes that heat with forced hot water. At $3,000 per home the market is more than large enough to support our offerings.

I am building a management team to help me take this to market. I need a CTO who understands the IoT marketplace. Someone who can navigate the waters between various platforms, standards and sensor technologies. I see us as an IoT appliance that allows consumers to cost-justify investing in home automation. The right candidate is someone who can come in as a founder to take that vision to the next level.
