Our challenge is to leverage digital technology to improve the shopper experience in-store and beyond. We want to inspire our retailers with ideas about how they can make their physical or online stores more engaging for shoppers. Our centres provide the opportunity to demonstrate new technology solutions which achieve one or more of the following:

• Create a better brand or category experience for shoppers
• Connect with shoppers using common technology to bring our brands to life and assist in the buying decision, creating a more personalised interaction
• Use data analytics to derive new insights to help us connect with shoppers in a way that engages them with our brands and categories
• Extend engagement with shoppers beyond the store
• Educate in-store promoter staff digitally or virtually
• Create a seamless experience for our brands via pre shop, shop, and post shop leveraging virtual and physical to...

When installed within our centre, the chosen solution will create significant interest and lead to further rollout internally. The ultimate aim is to inspire retailers to implement the same, or adapted ideas, in their stores.

Shortlisted companies will be invited to present their ideas at the Digital Inspiration Session in the Rotterdam Centre on 16th of June. The successful company will be awarded with $50K to fund a pilot in Europe, with potential rollout globally.
