From the use of this app venues will be able to contact their customers the next day and inform them that their items are still there and ready to be collected. The contact aspect of the app can be used to directly market customers that visit the venue and try to keep them there when they are returning to collect items. From touching items in and out of the cloakroom venues will also be able to monitor individuals arriving time and leaving time, how often they visit and when they are likely to visit from the data collected. This can also be used for marketing purposes by sending targeted messages to individuals around the time they are usually out to persuade them to come to the venue in question.

Through the targeted marketing aspect of this app venues can create and send deals and offers to their customers when they are likely to be returning. This gives their customers incentives to return to the venue and will help in keeping customers returning and staying at a venue. Theses deals and offers will have an expiration date and can only be redeemed at set times. The process of redeeming any offer works by displaying the deal on the phone screen for a set amount of time so that they can show the bar person the deal and that it cannot be used more than once.
