We are launching a platform to build smart networks between communities for women in technology to empower more effective impact in economics and social environment.
Young women prefer flexible working schedules and want to find the balance between an enjoyable life and a fulfilling working environment. The lower inclusion of the social background may cause decreasing self-esteem, and create concerns over the establishment of a family.

Not only in Europe there is a high labor shortage in the technology industry, which means 1 million people will be unemployed until 2020. Women who have bachelor’s degree in ICT are especially underrepresented. 80% of employed women professionals quit their career at the age of 30. Our potential users are women, who are looking for opportunities, which meets their preferences the best way. Our potential business to business customers are corporates and small businesses, especially focusing on corporate social responsibility programmes, NGOs, and other peers, which helps to increase diversity in the ICT sector.
Our current competitors in the market are the major job advertising websites and software development schools or training.They can cover a wide range of customers, but they don’t provide the essential tools to enhance the participants’ analytical skills. Moreover, our platform creates an innovative value, due to how we put the lean approach into practice. Our smart network can not only connect the local tech communities created by women, but also every member can access relevant content, share their issues, knowledge and also the events which they organize via the network, would be more consistent and effective globally.
Our project is in the minimum viable product stage. We are launching a scalable network at the product market fit stage in Hungary until next year, then expand our company in Europe and the US in 3-5 years.
