When we have significant number of free subscribers (employee or potential employee), we can approach companies to try and buy our paid subscription to get the employee of their need from our portal/App. we can collect the manpower requirement list easily from manufactures through same app.They can be charged based on no of people they need for the purpose. This becomes very scalable once we have it tried in apparel and leather manufacturing as these on the bottom of organised manufacturing sector. Making this possible to sectors like pharma, Automobile and construction becomes easier and our target is to have all the possible worker connected on our portal and benefit for free. This uplifts the lifestyle of poor and unemployed people and reduces the all wrong happening in below poverty line people. it is a business plan along with a social cause. Govts skill india initiative has probably empowered them but the ground data isn't available for how many of they got job! We have already been speaking to Ministry of MSME and labour for possible collaboration.
