About Grand Central Tech:
Grand Central Tech was founded by Michael Milstein and Matt Harrigan in 2014, with the goal of creating a center of density of some of NYC's most talented startup teams. Its flagship year-long no equity, no rent accelerator program was purpose-built to attract more advanced founding teams that typically would not consider traditional accelerator models. After four years of helping grow some of NY's premier early-stage startups, Company is now expanding on GCT's original mission.

Leveraging a +1M sq. ft. building adjacent to Grand Central Terminal in the center of midtown, Company’s mission is to build a vertically integrated community of the absolute best early-stage technologists and entrepreneurs in NYC. It is our belief that collaboration amongst amongst diverse, exceptional talent and key stakeholders has the power to drive extraordinary outcomes.

With $160M capital investment, Company is unveiling a new campus for top early-stage startup teams, including flexible offices suites and tier-one amenities found at only the largest tech companies. With a focus on tenant curation based on the expertise, opportunity and value-set of its startups, Company is building a community of operators and creators, unlike any other.

GCT ‘Startup-in-Residence’ Program:
An evolution of the original program, GCT Startup-in-Residence is a year-long program targeting 15 of the best pre-Series A teams in NYC. The program provides startups with tailored resources to both catalyze and better facilitate their growth, including free real estate at Company HQ, a premier investor and expert network, and ongoing interaction with Company’s venture advisory team. Since the program’s inception in 2014, 73 participant companies have gone on to raise over $450mm in venture funding.
