We use the principles of cognitive science and interaction design to design and develop platforms that improve the quality of health and experience of care of medically complex or underserved/disadvantaged populations. We are heavily invested in knowledge transfer from industries that are able to use a combination of sophisticated technologies and human services to build deep connections and trust with their audiences, despite complex large-scale operations that must deliver value while safely serving thousands of diverse audiences daily, such as theme parks, museums, and cultural attractions. Like healthcare, these industries depend heavily on quality, operational performance, infrastructure, and logistics for their success, but they also put equal discipline into managing the human experience in order to engage, inform, motivate, and inspire action, and create immersive, often transformative, experiences....
