As branch banking shrinks and is replaced with a plethora of online modes of reaching the customer directly (D2C), the importance of face to face (F2F) hasn't decreased. Which is why the share of independent third party workforce of DSAs and agents has not decreased. It is our belief that F2F will remain an important and ubiquitous mode of selling, particularly in the a disorganized and diverse market that is India.

With this in mind, we aim to empower the third party distributors with access to our distributor marketplace. So far, our tools and targeting methods have given the "CAB marketplace distributor" a definitive over the run of the mill distributor. It is our belief that our marketplace will cut down the high churn in the last mile standalone distributors in India and make it a channel which has long term commitment towards the end customer.
