The event combines today’s trends - rooted on open-innovations – with a systematic methodology, developed through rigorous testing of Lean Startup, Customer Development, and Bootstrapping techniques on hundreds of products, that will show exactly how to build what people want.

The objective of the event is to transfer to participants the methods and the tools to become more efficient and organized in the development of their startup, in order to reduce risk and avoid failure.

A dynamic crowdsourcing session with peer entrepreneurs will help the participants to challenge and improve their business strategy while validating key assumptions through open feedback.

The kunch break includes a collaborative cooking session held by a professional chef, which will enhance collaboration and team-building.

Participants leave this workshop with a clear understanding of how to manage your available resources more effectively, a refined business strategy and a schedule of short-term actions that will help you save weeks in the development of your startup.
The event is in English and has a limited number of 30 participants. The participation fee for students and early-bird ticket is 300 SEK, normal price: 600 SEK.
