The ability to spray higher viscosity has a profound impact on industrial processes. For example, for spray drying operations, spraying higher viscosity materials allows the facility to raise capacity (more material is sprayed/unit time) and reduces energy cost (less water is evaporated). In addition, because our nozzle can be retrofitted into current equipment, the industry gains productivity with little to no capital cost. A conservative estimate of the global impact that our spray nozzle could have on the spray dried market alone is; save $100s millions in energy, reduce CO2 emissions by 30% and increase capacity by 20%.
