Dataeum is a blockchain-based platform which uses crowdsourcing to enable the collection of 100% of all global physical data (such as stores, gas stations, traffic signs) anywhere the world, with a 100% accuracy.

To collect data, we are using a workforce of « collectors » who are incentivized in XDT tokens to submit physical/location data on our mobile app. Once validated, this data is then made available to everyone on a decentralized marketplace. Through our collectors, we aim to be the most used blockchain in the data field, cut middlemen, and provide the most accurate data available.

* 1) Dataeum already has an alpha version App which makes it the only company offering the means to gather 100% of any physical data, anywhere in the world, with 100% accuracy, and make it available on a decentralized marketplace.
* 2) The collection solution has proven its scalability during successful tests in three major European cities with a large community of 3,000 collectors and more than 300,000 physical data collected.
* 3) Dataeum has attracted not only highly experienced and devoted team members, but also well-known advisors such as Simon Cocking (TedX speaker, top ICO advisor on Icobench), Anders Larsson (VP at Ericsson, founder of Allcoinwiki), Mikhail Zelenin (Smart contract RnD, Blockchain architect at Naviaddress) and Ian Scarffe (leading expert in blockchain ranked #2 advisor on Icobench).
* 4) We are using technologies/protocols such as BigchainDB, Nucypher, RequestNetwork, Civic encryption.
*5) We are one of the few project to be rated 5/5 on icobench by the benchy bot(icobench.com/ico/dataeum) and it is thanks to the real world application and proof of use of our model.

Use cases include improving data for local communities (finding water points, local shops...), improving databases (acxiom, yellowpages, google maps...all need to have updated informations on the ground), market studies (how many restaurants opened in Dubai in the past 6 months? and all of their attributes: geolocation, pictures, opening hours, email...), BtoB needs (a venture wants to sell to all the garage new wheels and want to have their geolocation and phone number...), local authorities (report speed limits, parking lots, constructions...)
