DD-Ready is being built to be a due diligence ecosystem that provides an optimized and automated due diligence process for the individual needs of startups and growth companies. The platform enables a cost-effective approach tailored to the company phase and needs, whereby due diligence is achieved by utilizing a guidance system and utilizing the support of due diligence advisors and partners to meet the needs of the company.

Being DD-Ready ("ready for the due diligence process") means that a growth company stands out positively and strengthens its brand in the competition for investors - and communicates to investors that the company is well managed and ready to receive the investment.

Due diligence is carried out quickly and transparently on the DD-Ready platform. By upkeeping DD-Ready status, the company secures its appeal in the eyes of investors - and prevents the crippling, time and money-consuming dd processes.

Company Status
- Company (Diligent Solutions Oy) launched in 2017, with the DD-Ready platform MVP launched in the Spring of 2019.
- 12/2019 DD-Ready was selected from 500 applicants from around the world to join Startupbootcamp accelerator in Dubai. The program was launched 1/2020, and it is already showing immense possibilities on the EMEA market.
