Claire will give an overview of her recent book ‘Designing Connected Products: UX for the consumer internet of things’, published by O’Reilly. She will introduce some of the key concepts from the chapter on product/service definition and strategy, including the role of value propositions in underpinning the user experience and key differences between the needs of early adopters and mass market users.
